Hi! Thanks for visiting my site, 'baldwincomusic.com'.
My name is Brad Arnold. I grew up here in beautiful
Baldwin County Alabama and over the years have
aquired a special appreciation for local musical talent
here in our area.  Baldwin County has lots of skilled
and talented folks, presenting music in many styles
and formats using a variety of musical instruments.

I am currently involved in the music ministry at
Heritage Chapel and the group 'Seeds of Faith.'
I play acoustic guitar and bass and a little piano.
 I currently play a Hamer electric, Martin Sigma
DM1-M, an Estabon, a Yamaha acoustic electric
and a Tacoma acoustic bass.
Recently, I purchased a 'Bean Blosum' mandolin from
Pickers Paradise but , sadly, I can only play 'Big Rock
Candy Mountain' on it at the present.  I also play a
Concertina which I really enjoy.

This site is dedicated to presenting some of those
musicians and their groups and bands, as well as
local events where they can be heard.

If you have an event you would like me to post, just
send an email to: mrbrad2u@mchsi.com and I will
put it up on the event board to the right.

You may be wondering, "How can I get my picture 
on the site?"  That too is easy!  Again, just email
your digital or scanned picture and a few lines of
information about you or your group.  Currently, all
I am asking is that you consider giving a donation to

As many of you know, I play guitar and bass. 
I started out many years ago playing and singing
in a group called 'Christian Folk'.  That was when
folk style music was popular. I once was envolved in
the music program at South Side Baptist Church.
I now enjoy bluegrass style and southern style
 gospel music mostly.

Before closing, I would like to thank Lyle and Jim Ball
at Pickers Paradise in Stapleton for their influence and
their support of local musicians over the years. They
have always welcomed us 'jammers' and made us 
feel comfortable in their store and I would encourage
anyone who has not visited their store to do so soon.
