Brad's Favorite Home Made Vegatable Beef Soup you'll love this one! 1lb of beef stew meat (diced) 2 cans of mixed veg 1 can of kernal corn 1/2 onion (diced) 1 sm can diced tomatoes Garlic powder (dash to taste) salt and pepper to taste Directions: cook stew meat until done add vegatables, stewed tomatoes, kernal corn, onion. salt pepper and garlic powder to taste Let simmer 1hr on low heat Serve hot with cornbread or crackers. Tip: we like to cook up an extra batch and store in plastic containers in the freezer for the winter! ......................................................................................... Pasta and Shrimp Salad 16 oz. Salad Shrimp(cooked and peeled) 1 medium onion (chopped) 1 cup chopped bell pepper 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup sliced black olives 3 cups dry pasta(your choice) Ranch or Italian dressing Cook and drain pasta. Add first 5 ingredients.Mix well. Add dressing and toss as desired Wild West Potato Salad 6 cups chopped cooked potatoes 2 cups chopped ham 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup green onions 1/4 cup chopped permento 1/4 tea. pepper 2/3 cup salad dressing or Mayo 3 hard boiled eggs(sliced) Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Fruit Salad 2 cans of fruit cocktail (drained) 1 medium apple (peeled and chopped) 1 can maderin oranges (drained) 1 small jar of M. cherries 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup flaked cocnut sour cream or mayo(as desired) Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve Diane's Homemade Chicken Soup 4 large chicken leg quarters(boiled) 1 can sweet peas 1 can diced carrots 1 can kernal corn 1can creamed corn 2 cans diced potatoes 2 cans diced tomatoes 1 1/2 cups rice(uncooked) Remove boiled chicken from bone. Add chicken to next 6 ingredients and bring to boil. Add rice and cook for 5 minutes on high. Reduce heat and simmer soup for 30 minutes. Diane's Famous Potato Salad 6-8 large potatoes(peeled and diced) 1 large onion(peeled and diced) 3 hard boiled eggs 4 Tab. mayo 2 Tab. pickle relish 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper Salt and Pepper to taste Boil potatoes and eggs. Let cool and place in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. refrigerate until served. Caramel Apple Salad 3-Granny Smith Apples 1-1oz. box of sugar free Jello Butterscotch Instant Pudding 1-8oz. can of crushed pineapple with juice 1-8oz. tub of fat free cool whip 1/2 to 3/4 cup of dry roasted peanuts,chopped Empty pineapple into a bowl. Chop apples into small pieces leaving the skin on and coat with pineapple and juice to keep the apples from turning brown. Add butterscotch pudding and mix well with fruit. Fold in cool whip and addchopped nuts. Refrigerate at least two hours but overnight is better. At Christmas red and green apples are pretty. Enjoy!
Stuffed Bell Peppers 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 package Beef flavored Rice-a roni(prepared) !/2 tea. salt dash of pepper 2 tea. worchestershire sauce 1 can tomato soup(undiluted) 4 medium bell peppers(cleaned and cut in half) Boil peppers for 5 minutes in water with salt added. Drain Peppers. Saute beef and drain. Add onions and simmer. Add rice-a-roni and seasonings. Mix well. Stuff peppers with mixture. Place peppers in sqare baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with sour cream(optional) Onion Baked Chicken 1 chicken (cut up) 1 evenlope onion soup mix 1/4 cup dry Itialian bread crumbs Moisten chicken with water.Combine soup mix with bread crumbs. Coat chicken with mixture. Place in large shallow pan and drizzle with melted butter. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender. Spanish Pork Chops 6-8 pork chops 1 cup BBQsauce 3/4 cup chopped onion 3/4 cup chopped green pepper Place chops in baking dish sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle onion and pepper over chops. Cover with BBQ sauce. Bake at 350 degree oven(preheat) until well done. Mom's Chili 2 lbs. ground beef 2-#2 cans diced tomatoes 1 can tomato paste 3 green peppers(diced) 2 medium onions(diced) 2 celery stalks(diced) 1 clove garlic(diced) 2 Tab. Chili powder Salt and pepper to taste Brown Meat.Drain. Added other ingredients. Cover and simmer for 11/2-2 hours. Roast and Potatoes 1 3-5lb. roast(beef or pork) 1 envelope of onion soup mix 3-4 carrots(peeled and sliced) 4 medium Potatoes(more if desired), peeled and quartered Rinse roast in cold water. Place in crock pot. Add: soup mix. Cook on high for until roast is half done. Add Carrots and Potatoes. Continue cooking until all are done. All American Meat Loaf 2lbs. ground beef(lean) 1 envelope onion soup mix 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped celery 2 eggs Mix all ingredients. Spray baking pan with PAM. Place beef mixture into baking pasn and pat until evenly spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 47 minutes or until done.
Vegetable Medley 1 can of kernal corn 1 can english or sweet peas 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 Tab. butter Garlic salt and pepper to taste In saute pan melt butter and add oinion. Saute for 2 minutes. Add peas and corn. Add Garlic salt and pepper to taste. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes and serve. Smothered Potatoes 6 large Idaho Potatoes(peeled and diced) 1 large onion 1 cup diced ham Salt and pepper to taste Spray frying pan with PAM. Cover bottom of pan with canola oil and heat. Add potaotes, onion and ham. Cover with lid and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender. Sauted Italian Green Beans 1 large cam Italian Green Beans 1 onion(chopped) 2 strips of thick bacon(raw and cut up) Garlic powder and pepper to taste Spray iron skillet with Pam. Add onion and bacon. Saute until bacon is cooked. Add green beans,garlic and pepper. Mix well and cook over low heat for 5 or 6 minutes. Serve Bama Lima Beans 1 16oz. package dry limas(soaked over night) 1lb. package of Polish Sausage I onion(chopped) Salt and Pepper to taste. In Large pot, cover lima with water. Bring to boil and reduce heat to medium and add onion. Slice sausage and add to limas. Cook until limas are tender. (approx 30 min) Candied Yams 1 large can of Yams 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 1/2 stick butter 3/4 cup chopped pecans In medium size boiler combine above ingredients. Mix well. Cook over low heat,stirring often, until sugar and butter are melted. Serve warm low heat until
Shrimp Gumbo 3 lbs. shelled shrimp 1lb crabmeat 3 Tbsp. flour 4 Tbsp. cooking oil 2 cans tomato sauce 1 tsp. pepper 4 cloves of garlic 2 tsp. salt 2 16-oz packages Gumbo mix(in freezer section of gro. store) 2 cans of canned Okra with tomatoes 1 large onion(chopped) Saute onion in oil and add flour until brown. Add tomato sauce and mix well. Add crabmeat and water to desired constistency and cook slowly for about 1 hour. Add shrimp and cook for about 15 minutes. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over Rice or with crackers. Shrimp Scampi 2 lbs. jumbo fresh shrimp 1 medium onion(finely chopped) 4 Tbsp. Minced garlic 1/2 cup melted butter 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp. Steak sauce 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley Hot cooked fettuccine Peel shrimp. Cook onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet over medium heat,stirring comstantly for 4 minutes. Add lemon juice and next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil:add shrimp and cook, Stirring constantly until shrimp turn pink.Serve over fettuccine. Salmon Bake with Pecan Crust 4 Salmon fillets 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 Tbsp. Honey mustard 2 Tbsp. melted butter 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Place skin side down in 9 inch square baking pan sprayed with PAM. Combine mustard and butter and brush over salmon. Combine bread crumbs and pecans. Spoon evenly on top of salmon. Bake uncovered at 450 degree oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Grilled Shrimp 1/4 cup melted butter 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup Italian dressing 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. minced garlic 4 lbs. shelled and devined shrimp Combine buter, lemon juice, Italian dressing, vinegar, sorcestershire sauce, and garlic. Cover shrimp with mixture. Marinate for 1 hour. Skewer shrimp and cook over hot coals for1i-2 minutes on each side. Do not over cook and serve immediately. Shrimp and Sausage I lb. roll pork sausage 1lb. medium shrimp 1 cup. rice, cook 1 large bell pepper 1 large onion 1pkg, crab boil garlic powder Brown sausage. Drain. Saute chopped onion and bell pepper with sausage. Add chopped shrimp(that have been boiled in crab boil) and cooked rice to ingredients. Add garlic to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes

Diane's Cornbread 2 cup self-rising corn meal mix 2 eggs dash of salt 1 Tbsp. mayo milk as needed In a bowl mix first 4 ingredients. Add enough milk to make mixture of medium consistency. Pour in baking pan sprayed with PAM. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Bread stiscks 1 can refrigerated biscuits 1 egg white,slightly beaten 4 tsp. poppy seed or sesame seed Aunt Mary's Banana Nut Bread 1 stick melted butter 1 cup sugar 2 whole eggs 3-4 ripe bananas 2 cups self-rising flour 1 cup chopped nuts Blend butterm eggs and sugar together. Add flour. Mix well. Mash bananas with fork and add to mixture. Add nuts and mix well. Pour into 9x9 inch pan(sprayed with PAM). Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Shape into pencil like strips. Dip in egg white. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake at 400 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Hush Puppies 1 cup self-rising corn meal 1 small onion,finely chopped 1 egg 1 tbsp. mayo Milk as needed Mix all ingredients.Add milk to make mixture medium consistency. Preheat frying pan with1 and1/2 inch canola oil. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.Turn over when golden brown. Hush puppies are done when brown on both sides. Bishop's Bread 1 and 1/2 cup self-rising flour 2/3 semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 cup candied cherries(halved( 1 cup finely chopped dates 3 eggs 3/4 cup sugar Combind flour, chocolate pieces, dates, cherries,and nuts. Beat eggs with mixer in large bowl. Beat in sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 9x5x3 inch loaf oan sprayed with PAM.Bake in pre- heated oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Holiday Nut Bread 1 egg 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup shortning 3 ripe bananas 1 tas. vanillas 2 cups self-rising 1/2 cup chopped dates 1/2 cup m. cherries 1/2 cups nuts In bowl beat egg, sugar, shortning, bananas and vanilla. Blend flour into egg mixture.Stir in other ingredients. Pour into tube pan srayed with PAM. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Welcome Home Pot Pie 4 large chicken quarters(boiled) 1-16oz. package of frozen Vegetable soup mix with tomatoes 1 medium onion(chopped) 2 cans cream of chicken soup Garlic powder and pepper to taste 1 cup self-rising flour and enough milk to make thin batter Remove boiled chicken from bone and dice. In a large sauce pan add chicken and onion together. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.Add vegetables and cook until vegetables are thawed. Add soup(undiluted), Galic powder and pepper. Stir until chicken and vegetables are coated with soup. Spray casserole dish with PAM and pour mixture into pan. Pour Batter over vegetable mixture(batter wil make crust). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown . Diane's Sweet Potatoe Casserole 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potaotes 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 tea. vanilla 1/3 cup milk 2and1/2 tab. melted butter 1/2 cup melted butter 1/4 cup self-rising flour 1/2 cup chopped nuts(more if desired) 1/2 cup brown sugar In mixing bowl: Combine first 5 ingredients with 1/2 cup melted butter.Mix well. Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish(sprayed with PAM) Combine brown sugar,flour and 2and1/2 tab. melted butter and nuts in small mixing bowl. Sprinkle over potatoe mixture. Bake at 350 degress for 30-40 minutes. Mom's Tuna Casserole 1/2 package spaghettti 1/2 cup shopped onion 1/4 cup green peppers 1/4 cup pimento 1 can cream of chicken soup(undiluted) 2tab. canola oil 1 can tuna 2tab. flour 1and 1/4 cup milk Cook spaghetti in saled water. Drain. Saute onion and pepper oil. Blend in flour slowly and add milk. Cook over low heat stirring constantly. Add soup, pimento and tuna. Place in layers with spaghetti into casserole dish sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Ranch Potatoes 6-8 large potatoes(peeled and diced) 1-10 and 1/2 oz. grated cheese Bacon Bits Ranch dressing Boil potatoes until half done. Drain. Spay casserole dish with PAM. Cover bottom of dish with ranch dressing Add potatoes, cheese, and bacon bits and dressing in layers. Making top layer grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Squash Casserole 1-16 oz. can squash(drained) 1/2 cup mayonaise 1/2 cup copped onion 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 1 stick butter 1 egg 1 and1/2 cup grated cheese 1 tube ritz crfackers 1 small jar pimento Mix all ingredients well.Pour mixture into baking pan sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Save some ritz and cheese to sprinkle on top before baking.
Peach Cobbler 1 stick butter 3/4 cup self-rising flour pinch of salt 1 #2 can peaches(or other fruit) 12 cup sugar 3.4 cup milk Melt butter in baking dish. Add peaches(drained) over butter Mix dry ingredients and add milk. Pour mixture over peaches. Do not Stir. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Chocolate Pudding 1/2 cup cocoa 1and 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup flour 1/4 tea. salt 3 cups milk 3 Tab. butter 1 and !/2 tea. vanilla Combine dry ingredients in a medium saucepan. Blend in milk until smooth over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly until misture boils. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and blend in butter and vanilla. Pour into dessert bowls and chill. Top with cool whip to serve. Pecan Pie 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup corn syrup 1/4 cup melted butter 1 cup pecan halves Pinch of salt Mix all ingredients and pour into unbked pie shell and bake at 350 degreee preheated oven for 35 -40 minutes. Aunt Sarah's Strawberry Pie 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup self-rising flour 1 small pkg. strawberry jello 2 cups water 2 pts. fresh strawberries 2 unbaked pie shells Combine flour and sugar. Prepare jello with water. Add to dry ingredients. Cook until thick over medium heat. Place berries in pie shells.. Pour mixture over berries and chill. Serve with cool whip(makes 2 pies) Easy Pie @ baked pie shells 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup limon juice 9oz. carton cool ship 1 small can crushed pineapple(drained) 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup coconut Mix in order. Pour into baked pie shells Chill until set. Peanut Butter Pie 1 cup corn syrup 1 cup sugar 1/2 tea. vanilla 3 eggs(beatened) 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter unbaked pie shell Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake30-35 minutes longer. Filling should be slightly less set in center than around edges. Chocolate Chip Pie 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup self-rising flour 2 eggs(well beaten) 1 stick butter(melted) 1 cuo semi sweet chocolate bits 3/4 cup pecans 1/2 cup coconut 1 tea. vanilla 1 unbaked deep dish pie shell Blend sugar, flour, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in chocolate pieces, pecans and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degree preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until firm. Bread Pudding 1 large loaf of white bread 3 cups sugar 4 cups milk 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla and nut flavoring Crumble bread in 9x1. Bake at 350 degrees until bread soaks in mixture and begins to brown on the edges. About 35-40 minutes. Sauce 1 stick real butter 1 can sweetened condensed milk Mix above ingredients and cook over low heat,stirring continually. Remove from heat after mixture begins to boil and thicken. Pour over bread and serve.
Broiled Praline Cake 1 package yellow cake mix 1 package carmel frosting mix 3 Tab. butter 3 TAb. hot water 1 TAb. light corn syrup 1 cup flaked coconut 1/2 cup chopped pecans Prepare cake mix according to directions. Bake in 13x9x2 inch pan. Blend frosting mix, butter, water and corn syrup. Stir in coconut and nuts. Spread over warm cake. Set oven control at broil. Place cake 3 inch from heat. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until light brown. Serve warm with whipped cream. Sweet Potato Pone 4 large sweet potatoes 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup molasses 1 cup milk 1 cup butter 4 eggs 1/2 tea. nutmeg 1/2 tea. cloves 1/2 tea. cinnamon Grate Potaotes. Beat eggs. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into baking pan sprayed with PAM. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour. Date Nut Orange Cake (Paw Paw's Favorite) 2 sticks butter 1 tea. salt 4 cups self-rising flour 2 cups sugar 1 and 1/2 cup butter milk 4 eggs Blend above ingredients. Fold in: 1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup chopped dates 2 Tab. grated orange peal Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour or until golden brown on top. Icing: Mix together 2 cups of sugar 1 cup orange juice 1 tea. butter. Boil for 5 minutes. With a fork punch holes in cake and pour icing mixture over cake while mixture is still hot. Ice Box Fruit Cake 1 lb. marshmellows 1lb. raisens 1 box graham crackers 1 small can crushed pineapple(drained) 1 Jar M. cherries 1 qt. pecans 1 can sweetened condensed milk Melt marshmellows in double boiler.Dredge in remaining ingredients. Press into square air tight container. Store for 5 days before serving. Keep refrigerate. Strawberry Cake 1 box strawberry jello 1 box white cake mix 3 Tab. flour 4 eggs 1 pkg. frozen strawberries 1 cup wesson oil Mix all ingredients. Blend well. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 35 degrees for 35 minutes. Use Icing Recipe below: 1 box powdered sugar 1/2 box frozen strawberries !/4 stick butter.(softened) Use to ice cake Diane's Pineapple Upside Down Cake 1 box yellow cake mix(prepare using directions on box) 16 oz. can of pineapple rings 1 small jar of M. cherries 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 stick butter Melt butter in bottom of baking pan.(square baking pan) place pinapple rings and cherries in butter Sprinkle with brown sugar Pour prepared cake mix over above ingredients and bake according to directions on cake mix box. Blueberry Pound Cake 1 butter cake mix 8 oz. soft cream cheese 3 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1tsp. butter flavoring(or melted butter) 2 cups fresh blueberries Mix first 5 ingredients, then fold in blueberries. Pour into tube pan sprayed with PAM. Bake in 350 degree pre-heated oven for 1 hour. Serve alone or with cool whip on top or vanilla ice cream Sinfully Dilicious Cake 1 yellow cake mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 can of cream of coconut 1can of crushed pineapple(drained) 1 small container of Cool Whip 1 package of Flaked Coconut Prepare cake according to directions on box. Bake in 9x13 inch baking pan. Meanwhile: Mix condensed milk and cream of coconut together. While cake is still warm poke holds in cake and pour over cake while cake is warm. Let cake cool and store in refrigerator over night. Next day: Place pinapple over top of cake,then cover pineapple with cool whip and then cover all with flaked coconut. Keep refrigerated. Hawaiian Dump Cake 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling(or your favorite) 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple,(do not drain) 1 ( 18 1/2-ounce) box yellow cake mix 2 sticks butter, melted 1 (8-ounce) package shredded coconut 1 cup chopped pecan In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the following ingredients, spreading each over the other: pie filling, crushed pineapple, dry cake mix, butter, coconut, and chopped pecans. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Serve
Dream Cookies 1 egg white(beaten) 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tea. vanilla 2 cups pecans Mix together. Drop onto greased cookie sheet(PAM). Bake at 325 degrees on preheated oven for 15 minutes. turn off stove and leave cookies in for 30 minutes. Peanut Butter Drops 1 cup sugar 1 cup peanut butter 1 egg 1/2 tea. vanilla Mix sugar and peanut butter, add egg and vanilla. Blend Form into to 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Flaten with fork and bake 8-10 minutes in 350 degree oven. M&M Cookies 2 cups self-rising flour 3/4 tsp. 1 cup (8oz.) softened butter 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 12 oz. pkg. M&M candies 3/4 cup chopped nuts Preheat oven to 375 degrees Combine flourand salt and set aside. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Blend in flour mixture slowly.Stir in M&Ms amd nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoonsfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-11 minutes..Makes 5 doz. Sea Island Bars 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 Tab. water 1 cup Self-rising flour 1 egg 1 tea. vanilla 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1 10 oz. semi-sweet choclate bits Mix all ingredients.Pour into square baking pan sprayed with PAM. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until firm. Mexican Wedding Cookies 2 cups butter,softened 1 cup sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 4 cups flour 2 cups chopped walnuts confectioners sugar Cream butter,sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Stir in flour until well blended. Chill 30 minutes. Shape intp 1 inch balls. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove to rack and while still warm coat with confectioners sugar. Fruit Cake Cookies 1 stick butter, softened 1 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1/4 cup buttermilk 1 and 3/4 cup Self-rising flour 1/2 tea. salt 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 cuo candied cherried ,chopped 1 cup dates,shopped Mix butter and sugar, then eggs and add milk. Mix well. Add flour and salt. Add cherries and pecans. Mix well. Chill. Drop on light greased (PAM) cookies sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 4 doz. You may double recioe if desired. Raspberry Christmas Cookies 1 cup butter(softened) 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. Almond or vanilla extract 2 cups of flour 3'4 cup chopped Walnuts Strawberry or Red Raspberry Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Blend in extract. Add flour, mix well. Shape level measuring tablespoon of dough into balls, roll in nuts. Place on ungreased cookie wheet; flatten slightly. Indent centers, fill with preserves. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes Approximately 3 dozen cookies.
Peanut Delights 12 oz. chocolate pieces 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 2 cups salteed peanuts Melt chocolate in double boiler on low heat. Take away from heat and add milk and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonsful onto foil. Chill in refrigerator. Makes 3 doz. Peanut Butter Fudge 1/2 cup butter 1lb. light brown sugar 3/4 cup peanut butter 1 tea. vanilla 1 lb. powdered sugar Melt butter, stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to boil. Boil and stir for for 2 min. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Mix in powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Spread in buttered square. Chill till firm. Peanut Brittle 1 cup sugar 1 cup Karo syrup 2 cups peanuts 1 tea. vanilla 2 tea. soda Cook syrup and sugar untill it spins a thread. Add peanuts and cook until it turns a light brown. take off heat and add soda and vanilla. Stir vigorously with large spoon. Pour into buttered dish. Cool completely and cut into squares. Crock- Pot Candy 32 oz. salted peanuts or chopped pecans 4 oz. bar German chocolate 12 oz. bag chocloate chips 24 oz. chocolate bark Put ingredients into crock- pot in order listed. Put on low heat for 2 hours until melted. Stir mixture and dip out by spoonsful onto foil.

Breakfast Casserole 3 cups plain croutons 1lb mild sausage 3 eggs 2 and1/2 cup milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk grated cheese(as desired) Brown sausage and drained. Layer in casserole dish with croutons and cheese. Blend together eggs milk and soup together. Pour over mixture over sausage and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve while warm. Golden Grits Casserole 1 and 1/4 cup quick grits 3 and 1/2 cups boiling water 1/2 cup butter 1 roll Kraft garlic cheese 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup milk 1/2 cup bacon bits 1/2 cup grated cheese Cook grits in water, using directions on package. Add gralic cheese(crumbled), butter and bacon bits to grits. Blend together eggs and milk. Add to grits and stir well. Pour into casserole dish srayed with PAM. Sprinkle with Grated cheese and bake for 12-15 minutes or until Cheese is melted and golden brown. Bran Muffins 1-15 oz. box raisin bran cereal 3 cups sugar 5 cups self-rising flour 2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 cup canola oil 1 qt. butter milk 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp. ground nutmeg Preheat oven to 400degrees. Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes. Taste Great Pancakes 2 cups self-rising flour 2 eggs dash of salt milk Mix first 3 ingredients. Add milk as needed to make mixture of medium consistency. MIx well. Sray frying pan or griddle with PAM. Pour mixture and cook until thick enough to flip. Cook intil done on both sides. Serve with syrup. Western Style Scrambled Eggs 4 large eggs 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup shopped bell pepper 1/4 cup chopped mushroom 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/2 cup bacon bits Salt and Pepper to taste In large mixing bowl combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture in frying pan sprayed with PAM. Scramble until done. Place in plate and add salt and pepper to taste. Top with cheese and bacon bits. Serve warm. Little Sizzlers Breakfast Bites 1 Tab butter 6 eggs 1--12 oz.pk. Little Sizzlers(cut Up) 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper 1/8 tea. garlic powder 11/2 Bisquick 2 cups shredded Chedder cheese(Sharp) Heat oven to 375 degrees In large skillet, in butter, cook eggs until lightly scrambled, set aside to cool. In large bowl combine Littler Sizzlers, onion, bell pepper and garlic powder. Add Bisquick and cheese. Using clean hands, kneed mixture until well blended. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet(sprayed with PAM). Bake 20 minutes or until bites are light brown.
Easy Sausage Balls 3 cups bisquick mix 1 lb sage sausage(room temp.) 10 oz. chedder chees,grated Crumble sausage and mix with cheese. Add bisquick mix 1 cup at atime. Dredge together. Form into 1inch balls and place on ungressed cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees, about 13-15 minutes until light brown. BBQ Meatballs Large pkg.Italian meatball(baked) 1 bottle BBQ sauce Place Meatball in baking pan and cover with sauce. Heat in350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Pinapple and Cream Cheese Sandwhiches Mix together: 1 small carton of cream cheese(room temp.) 8-10 oz. can of crushed pineapple(drained) Spread on bread with crust trimed off. Cut slices of bread into thirds.
